Dear respected Master and fellow practitioners,
this year marks the 25th year since Master taught the Fa. It is extra meaningful that we hold this conference at this memorable and celebratory moment. The time Dafa disciples have to cultivate, to clarify the truth and to help Master rectify the Fa are all extended because Master extended them for us, so for every Dafa cultivator this is an opportunity that we should cherish. Having cultivated for so many years, in all seriousness, I need to look back at my cultivation and compare in cultivating, remain diligent in cultivating, walk straight during this final cultivating period of Fa-rectification era. Below I want to share how I conquered my attachment of fear to sue Jiang, save more sentient beings and have my husband said “Falun Dafa is Good”, “Zen, Shan, Ren is Good” (Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance is Good) and returned from the verge of death and other cultivation experience. Below are only my personal experiences, please point out anything inappropriate.
1. Believing in Master and the Fa, overcoming my fear by suing Jiang and saving more sentient beings
May 1st, 2015 the Chinese Supreme Court announced to establish any cases of prosecution and deal with any lawsuits. Afterwards, a wave of suing Jiang began, by now, there are close to two hundred and ten thousand people who have sent their lawsuit cases to the Beijing court and to the supreme court.
My first instinct at the time was that suing Jiang is the new celestial phenomenon, we need to follow closely. We can’t do nothing or go against it. Master said in Lecture Seven, Zhuan Falun “If nobody made a move under changes in the celestial phenomena, it wouldn’t bring about that state of affairs in the ordinary world, and it wouldn’t be called a change in the celestial phenomena.”
The former Chairman of the CCP, Jiang is responsible for creating lies and misunderstanding of Master and Dafa, causing many lives to be gone and therefore everyone should sue Jiang, including Dafa disciples. April 25th, 1999, about ten thousand Falun Gong practitioners went to seek the higher officials to clarify the situation, and because I wasn’t diligent at the time, I did not participate in the event. I must not miss this opportunity again. If on April 25th, couple hundred thousand or millions of people went to seek an audience with the higher officials, history would be rewritten. I know that the celestial phenomenon is at this step and as a Dafa disciple, I must keep up with the Fa rectifying phase. I must openly send my lawsuits against Jiang to the Supreme Court and Supreme Procuratorate. Bring him to justice.
I quickly contacted a fellow practitioner and with his help and guidance, I finished writing my lawsuit form and prepared all the materials. When the fellow practitioner was going to send it out the next day, I became afraid and hesitant. What if I got persecuted because of this lawsuit which has my real name? I grew afraid that my husband, my daughter and other relatives back in China would be threatened. The attachment of fear was controlling the fake me. I uncontrollably made many calls to the fellow practitioner to say that I don’t want to send it right now. The fellow practitioner had very strong righteous thoughts and unwaveringly sent out the lawsuit. After receiving the confirmation form, I instantly realized the graveness of the problem. I quickly calmed myself and began reviewing Master’s Fa: “Whether you can let go of ordinary human attachments is a fatal test on your way to becoming a truly extraordinary being” [Essentials For Further Advancement, True Cultivation] And also “What’s to Fear” [Hong Yin Volume II]
Master’s Fa is already very clear. Why am I still afraid and hesitant? Isn’t this a question of trusting in Master and the Fa? There is Master and the Fa, what is there to be afraid of? After I repeated “What’s to Fear”, the attachment of fear vanished. At the same time, I saw the gap between myself and new practitioners. I felt ashamed and I must be more diligent in my cultivation.
Suing Jiang is something that ordinary people would care very much, since Jiang Zemin was a former CCP party leader and China’s former leader. The number of lawsuits against him is at such a huge scale, it has never happened before. This event will be very newsworthy and during the process of reporting this news, the ordinary news channel would explain the reasons for suing him, and it could help clarify the truth at the same time. The reports would have big effects.
2. My husband repeats “Falun Dafa Hao”, “Zen, Shan, Ren Hao” and resurrects from the dead
I came to the United States in June 2003 and I have never left. I always remembered one thing that Master said:
Disciple: How should we view the big corporations outside of China that are poised to make investments in China, and how should we look at our family members' wanting to go back to China?
Teacher: If your family members don't cultivate and want to go back to China, then that's fine. If you are a cultivator it's best that you don't go back--wouldn't you be setting yourself up for persecution? As a Dafa disciple, you wouldn't be able to bear not doing what Dafa disciples are supposed to do, but if you did those things you would be persecuted. And, there are things here that you should do. [Teaching the Fa at the 2004 International Fa Conference in New York]
Persecution against Falun Gong in China is still happening. If you go back you are sending yourself back for persecution. There are still things you need to do. If it is possible not to go back, then don’t go back. My husband lives by himself in Shanghai, under Master’s watch.
April 2016, he called me and said, “I am sick, Can you come back? ” For the past two months he had lost 10-15 kilograms. He felt lethargic, no energy, and he could barely walk. He had diarrhea almost every day and bad stomach ache fairly often, and coughs and pressure in his chest area. He went to the Hua Dong Hospital and the doctor would not let him go home. The doctor said if he goes home he might die. After several days of diagnosis, the doctor said he has pleural effusion, tuberculosis and there is a hard section in his lung and plus a section of his ankylenteron was rotten. There was more but I could not listen anymore. I knew that no matter how ill he is right now, only Master could save him. I cut him short and said, “No matter how many health problems you have, remember these 9 words. Say it with sincerity and Master will save you. Only Master Li Hongzhi can save you. I am not a doctor or a divine being, I cannot save you. Besides, I can’t go back home due to the current circumstances in China, if I do, I would cause harm to you and other relatives. You have to wait until I come back to see me. Repeat those nine words sincerely, the more you repeat the better. Repeating it a trillion times is not too much. Every day I called him to support him, to remind him only Master can save him, and to make him understand because he supports my cultivation. I told him for the past 10 years or so he has tolerated being alone, so Master has watched over him and I told him some supernatural things that he had experienced. (I will not describe them here because of limited pages) I repeatedly told him, “You should have only one thought and that is Master will save me. He will, he will, he will. Only then would you have hope”. He grew calmer and he became more determined.
After the Fa Conference in May, we spoke and his illness had a drastic change. He told me that Hua Dong Hospital told him to go to a Tuberculosis Hospital to get a diagnosis. However, the Hospital did a diagnosis based on the report given by Hua Dong and they concluded that he only had tuberculosis. The hospital did not have any beds left so they gave him some TB medicine and told him to go home, and come back when there were beds available. He did not get a bed when he was ill, nevertheless, he was cured and his weight returned to normal.
My husband was at the verge of death and by repeating “Falun Dafa Hao” and “Zen Shan Ren Hao” Master saved him. Master, you worked really hard. Thank you Master for protecting us along the way. I bow down to thank Master for saving me. I told him that you have to remember Master saved you and you must be grateful and also tell other ordinary people “Falun Dafa is Good”, “Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance is Good”. He told me that he did. Back in the day, when I told him to remember Falun Dafa is Good, “Zen, Shan, Ren is Good” he would not let me; he would say that he doesn’t believe in those things because he was afraid that the CCP were eavesdropping. (Even though he carries the Dafa amulet with him all the time) He told me that he and my elder daughter repeated the nine words every day. They would repeat them twice a day, 30 minutes each time, sometimes would ask our relatives to join them. I told them not to repeat it in the bathroom or while eating, but he said he repeats them while in the bathroom sometimes. You could see how deeply he believes in Master and the Fa.
After my husband was saved from the verge of death, I could understand what Master said:
“My Law bodies are aware of everything. Whatever you think about, they’re aware of it, and they can do anything. If you don’t cultivate they won’t look after you, but if you do cultivate, they’ll help you all the way to the end.” [Zhuan Falun, Lecture Four]
Falun Dafa is Good. Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance is Good. It is something that a cultivator and someone who understands the truth has experienced personally. We need to spread “Falun Dafa is Good”, “Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance is Good” and the wonderfulness and goodness of Dafa to every corner in the world, save more sentient beings.
